We all have an individual personal history and many differences. Most of us maintain our mental health but sometimes one or two of us will develop mental health problems and illnesses which affect mood, thinking and behaviour and these usually have a negative impact on the person’s ability to function in their life.
There are cultural differences related to mental health which we need to understand and respect. The resources will provide you with additional insight so we are more inclusive and supportive of each other. We have posters and an animation for you to consider how we can be more inclusive of people with mental health problems and differences.
